The project is situated in Prague’s Košíře district, bordering on a forested area to the south and, to the east, on a stretch of dispersed greenery along the railway tracks connecting Prague with Rudná. And it is the specificity of the environs that has inspired our landscaping solution.
The project includes different types of buildings, public spaces, and a park in its centre.
With its forest-park character, the park is the most nature-like space. We have used existing trees and watercourses as much as we could.
We see public spaces as liveable places which will be essential in creating a neighbourly atmosphere.
Trees planted in the private gardens will give them a unified look.
